The BH2C takes part in an event to promote collaboration between Basque and Japanese companies in the hydrogen sector.

The main objective of the event was to present the opportunities offered by the hydrogen energy value chain in the Basque Country to the member companies of the Japan Hydrogen Association (JH2A), as part of the efforts to strengthen commercial relations and foster international cooperation in this strategic sector.

The event, organised by Basque Trade & Investment (BT&I), was attended by Juan Manuel Fernández Etxaniz, Project Manager at the Basque Energy Agency (EVE); Asier Madariaga, Business Development Manager at Alba Emission Free Energy and member of the technical office of the Basque Hydrogen Corridor (BH2C); Marcos Suarez, Director of the hydrogen area of the Energy Cluster Association; Ekain Fernandez, Head of Hydrogen Technologies at Tecnalia; Moe Kato, Director of the Basque Trade & Investment office in Japan; and Kazuki Yamamura, Head of the Regulation and External Relations Committee of the JH2A.
